Request account and data deletion
How to Delete Your Account
You can request the deletion of your Rivo Apps account and all associated personal data using any of the methods below. Once processed, this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1: In-App Deletion
- Open the Rivo Apps application on your device.
- Go to Settings (gear icon).
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm your identity and follow the prompts.
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to contact@rivoapps.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:
- Your full name as registered on the account.
- The email address or phone number associated with your account.
- The app(s) you use (e.g., Stadium Finder, Table Reserve, etc.).
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Personal information: Name, email, phone number, and profile data.
- Booking history: All past and upcoming reservations.
- Reviews and ratings: Any reviews you have submitted.
- Preferences: Saved favorites, notification settings, and app preferences.
- Payment methods: Stored payment information (if any).
Data We May Retain
In accordance with legal obligations, we may retain certain anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you. We may also retain records required for financial reporting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance for the period mandated by applicable law.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently deleted. During this period, you can contact us to cancel your deletion request.
