How do I cancel a booking?

Go to "My Bookings" in the app, select the booking you want to cancel, and tap "Cancel". Cancellation policies vary by venue.

Is the app free to use?

Yes, downloading and using the app is free for customers. You only pay for the services or venues you book.

How do I register my business on Rivo?

Contact us at contact@rivoapps.com with your business details and the field you operate in. Our team will guide you through the onboarding process.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email or phone number. You will receive a reset link or code.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app, or visit our Account Deletion page.
