Rivo Apps provides reservation and management platforms for businesses across multiple industries in Tunisia, including sports, restaurants, beauty, and healthcare. Our platforms allow customers to discover and book services, and allow business owners to manage their operations through a digital dashboard.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Bookings and Reservations

• Bookings made through our platform are subject to availability and the policies of the respective business.
• Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual businesses and clearly displayed before booking.
• We act as an intermediary between customers and businesses. The contract for services is between you and the business.
• We are not liable for the quality of services provided by businesses listed on our platform.

5. Payments

• All prices are displayed in Tunisian Dinars (TND) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment providers.
• You agree to pay all fees associated with your bookings.
• Refunds are processed according to the cancellation policy of the relevant business.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent bookings or reviews.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce our content without permission.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or business owners.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our applications — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the property of Rivo Apps and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Business Accounts

Businesses using our management dashboard agree to provide accurate business information, maintain up-to-date availability and pricing, and honor confirmed reservations. We reserve the right to remove businesses that consistently fail to meet these obligations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rivo Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Tunisia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tunis.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
